At the end of each term, we offer performance opportunities so your little movers can showcase their talent to the public.
Move For Life offers classes in Sheung Wan, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Malvern Preschool, Repulse Bay, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Clearwater Bay, Woodlands, and YCIS.

Multi-Dance
Our classes will build your child's confidence, strength, and determination while they master dance skills, techniques, and choreography.
Games

Life Skills
Through our multi-dance classes, your little superstar will also learn how to be more mindful of their manners.
Opportunities
Each term we offer performance opportunities in epic locations including AIA Carnival, Disneyland and Ocean Park!
For kiddies aged 2 - 6 years old!
For stars aged 2-6 years old!
Our classes teach kids the ABCs of body control so they can excel in any type of movement. We do stretches, teach techniques, and a variety of dance choreography—from jazz to hip-hop to Latin. We even spice things up with engaging props and games!

For stars aged 7-12 years old!
Our classes help your children develop coordination, balance, and body control by introducing kids to jazz, hip-hop, K-pop, and Latin. Along the way, we boost their social and emotional skills through fun partner and team activities.
At the end of the term, our little Move Monkeys get to perform in AIA Carnival, Disneyland, or Ocean Park!
